Overview

The Enterprise Planning team is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the team in support of the integrated enterprise plan (IEP). The IEP is the framework that outlines the roadmap for how EB and the submarine enterprise will scale to build 2 VCS submarines and 1 CLB submarine simultaneously, which is more than double our current production rate.

The Program Representative will be responsible for developing and executing internal and external communications strategies and supporting IEP reporting and investment list management in support our submarine programs. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong writing skills and a passion for crafting engaging content across various channels.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting revisions and administration of the IEP and associated metrics and meetings
  • Engage with the Navy and NNS to implement the governance structure of the IEP
  • Drive internal engagement and communications by assisting in the implementation of the Enterprise Planning Communications Plan
  • Collaborate with different departments to gather information on implemented initiatives to scale production and develop communications materials
  • Support configuration management of EB’s capital investment list

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor of Science or Arts degree
  • 1+ years of experience in communications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism
  • Experience interfacing with senior leadership and external customers
