Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC)

Compensation: $52,000-$95,000 annually; paid bi-weekly + $5,000 Sign-on Bonus!
Employment Type:
W-2 Full-Time Employee; Exempt
Schedule: Office hours: Monday-Friday 8am-7pm; flexibility to schedule 35 hours of availability within those time frames
Location: This is an in person role based out of Alpharetta, GA

Role Summary

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. Licensed Mental Health Therapist must be able to see children (3-5+ years of age), adolescents, and adults.

Licensed Therapist Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
  • Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
  • Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
  • Maintain an active caseload of approximately 25–30 clients per week; a minimum of 27 clients per week required
  • Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
  • Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies
Compensation & Benefits

Requirements:

Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted license as a Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC in GA
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
  • Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
  • Ability to provide therapy independently
  • Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
  • Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.
  • Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
  • Must be able to see children (3-5+ years of age), adolescents, and adults
