What you'll do
- Performing reconciliations to support financial statement accuracy
- Receiving, applying, and documenting payments on accounts
- Preparing bank reconciliations
- Assisting with gathering information for the annual external audit
- Supporting other accounting-related tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Hours per week: 12 - 16
Work days: 4 1/2 days per week
