Aeration Technician at Aquatic Control Inc. – Seymour, Indiana

Aquatic Control Inc. is a privately owned lake and pond management company with our home office in Seymour Indiana and satellite offices in Valparaiso, IN; Evansville, IN; Truesdale, MO; Jackson, TN; Knoxville, TN; Williamsville, IL; Elizabethtown, KY; Elkhart, IA; and Davenport, IA. We are actively growing and need to add an Aeration Technician at our Seymour, Indiana location.

The Position:

• Perform field work but also shop repair of aeration equipment (we will train you)
• Installation of new equipment
• Winter removal, cleaning, routine maintenance, and reinstallation of fountains
• Accurate record keeping
• This position offers potential for advancement for the right employee

Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience with one or more of the following – traveling field repair, outdoor labor/repair, boating/trailering, electrical work, small motor repair
• Minimum High school diploma or GED
• Must have insurable driving record
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening, DOT physical, and background check
• Stable work history with advancement
• Knowledgeable on the use of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and other basic programs
• Must be dependable, work well alone or in team setting, willing to work in all weather, and willing to learn
