You will ensure predictable and profitable outcomes for launches while managing client trust and organizational priorities. Accountabilities

Own the performance and reliability of the launch engine across 100+ launches per year.
Act as the approval authority for significant scope or timeline changes based on business impact.
Lead large-scale events (e.g., Black Friday / Cyber Monday) as a coordinated effort.
Transform launch learnings into system improvements that support long-term growth.
Serve as the senior escalation point for delivery and client incidents.
Build executive-level relationships with the largest clients through regular check-ins.
Lead and develop senior managers and directors within launch-supporting functions.
Align cross-functional priorities with real delivery capacity to ensure achievable commitments.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in leadership roles managing complex, cross-functional delivery systems.
Strong decision-making skills in high-stakes situations with a focus on tradeoffs.
Proven ability to mentor and lead senior-level professionals.
Experience managing senior client relationships and navigating escalations.
