We’re looking for a dynamic Center Director to lead our Greenwood Village clinic — a clinical leader who thrives in patient care and enjoys mentoring a small, driven team.

Compensation:

• $140,000 base salary Plus $400 per Saturday worked, extra $5,200 on base for 1 Saturday a month plus RVU Bonuses paid out bonus quarterly based on KPIs met

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional patient care using established, evidence-based protocols
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of 3–4 clinic staff members
• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure lab compliance
• Partner with our Physician Medical Director to maintain the highest standard of care

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed PA, APN, APRN, or FNP (required)
• Active DEA registration in Colorado with Colorado CSR already established(required)
• Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• A genuine passion for wellness, preventative medicine, and patient transformation

Schedule:

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Two Saturdays required during months with five weeks

Training:

• Two consecutive weeks, Monday–Friday
