Position Description: For over 30 years, Caf Tu Tu Tango has been a must-visit landmark of Orlandos International Drive. Celebrate the fusion of art and cuisine with our vibrant collection of shareable small plates inspired by global flavors.
Position Responsibilities: Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Knowledgeable of food and beverage menus to accurately and confidently answer guests questions.
• Accurately take orders and ring them into the POS.
• Regularly clean, stock, and maintain the bar and related service and guest areas throughout service.
• Assist in building and maintaining a team-oriented workplace by bringing a positive, consistent work ethic and participation level to each shift.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Qualifications -

• 3 - 5 years of bartending experience at a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Communicates clearly with servers and the kitchen.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintains a positive attitude during rushes.
• Helps with bar prep and side work without being asked.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, cocktail techniques, and mixology trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certified (preferred).
