JANITOR at R & K Interests, Inc. – Los Angeles, California

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of assigned commercial properties. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows safety protocols, and delivers high-quality service to tenants and visitors.

The successful candidate will encompass the following:

Duties:

• Clean and maintain common areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, stairwells, and elevators.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and shampoo carpets and floors.
• Empty trash and recycling containers.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms; restock supplies.
• Dust and wipe surfaces including windowsills, fixtures, and furniture.
• Clean glass doors and interior windows.
• Maintain exterior entryways and remove debris as needed.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Follow company and OSHA safety guidelines.
• Support special cleaning projects as assigned.
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience in commercial buildings preferred.
