Were looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager to join our team in Union City, CA. In this role, youll lead a small team of technicians, keep our production equipment running smoothly, and make sure everything is up to standard when it comes to food safety and workplace safety. Youll play a key role in reducing downtime, improving equipment performance, and supporting our sites day-to-day operations and improvement projects. Manage all aspects of the maintenance of production equipment, technical and maintenance-related systems, buildings and grounds for the facility
