Position Overview

Members of our scheduling team build, fill, and create our schedules for seasonal and year round aquatics staff. Our team members are usually creative problem solvers, think collaboratively, and get to think of new out of the box ideas to try!

This job is a Seasonal Position. We are flexible with scheduling!

Essential Responsibilities

• Oversee all staffing needs and operations of the company

• Support candidate screening and hiring processes

• Assist in preparation and execution of orientation and training plans

• Develop work schedules by allocating employees in shifts and positions

• Assume responsibility for timekeeping and time off requests

• Collaborate with payroll to ensure correct employee compensation

• Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations

• Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations

Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures and best practices

• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Reliable with a respect to confidentiality

Physical Requirements

• Sitting, Standing, and Walking.

• Prolonged use of computers involved; use of hands and finger coordination.

• Carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 40 lbs.
