Housekeeper

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests or residents. Your attention to detail and commitment to high standards will ensure a positive experience for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, common areas, and private spaces according to established standards

- Make beds, change linens, and replenish supplies as needed

- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness

- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly

- Follow safety and sanitation policies to ensure a healthy environment

- Assist with laundry and linen management as required

- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored properly

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role preferred

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and efficiently

- Good communication skills and a positive attitude

- Physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
