The likely salary range for this position is $97,968 - $110,400. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

- Manage and coordinate internal AI/Data project cycles
- Work closely with senior management to improve team efficiency and execution
- Track tasks, timelines, risks, and priorities to keep projects moving
- Streamline workflows and support process improvements across the AI & Data organization
- Use AI tools every day to automate, research, summarize, and enhance team productivity
- Create clear communications, reports, and presentations for leadership
- Support cross‑functional collaboration with AI, Data, Engineering, and Security stakeholders
- Act as an internal advocate for responsible and effective AI use
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your project/task management expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Operations Assistant Manager must have:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 5+ years of related experience; with 1+ years being direct project or program management experience
- Technical skills: Comfortable using AI tools daily and discussing high-level AI/ML concepts. Familiarity with Agile or similar methodologies.

- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
- A curious, proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Preferred Skills:
