About the Role:

As a Baker, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality baked goods that delight customers and uphold the reputation of our establishment. Your expertise in food preparation and recipe execution will ensure consistent product quality and adherence to safety standards. You will be responsible for managing the baking process from start to finish, including measuring ingredients, mixing doughs, monitoring baking times, and cake decorating. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ultimately, your work will contribute to customer satisfaction and the overall success of our culinary operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a baking or food preparation role.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
  • Competency in handling kitchen tools and equipment safely.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Formal training or certification in baking or culinary arts.
  • Experience with recipe development and menu planning.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and accommodate special orders or dietary requirements.
