• Develop skillset for EDM, Lapping, Polishing in machine shop.
• Develop new tools for production and machine monitoring for direct OEE measurement.
• co-ordination with planning purchase and assembly for achieving targets.
• New machine Selection, Negotiation & procurement planning for large VTL and HBM machine.
