Customer Service & Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Agent to manage inbound calls, assist customers, and support the full commercial cyclefrom quoting to reservation management.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls and offer clear guidance on products and services.

Identify customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and follow up to close sales.

Prepare and send quotations; proactively follow up to finalize deals.

Proficient with digital tools including office software, Gmail, Google Workspace, CRM/ERP systems, and online platforms.

Comfortable navigating internal systems.

Strong organization, planning, and multitasking skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Required Skills:

Experience in phone sales and customer service managing inbound and outbound calls.

Skilled in CRM/ERP system management for tracking clients, quotes, and reservations.

Digital proficiency with Gmail, Google Workspace, Excel, and online platforms.

Strong organizational skills including scheduling and workflow management.

Clear, professional, and persuasive written communication.

Must be in Argentina, Remote
