Job Overview: The Intake Specialist is the first point of contact for potential clients seeking bankruptcy assistance. This role involves gathering detailed financial information, assessing case eligibility, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring all required documentation is collected and organized for attorney review.

Responsibilities:

Client Communication & Support:

Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients through phone, email, website inquiries, and referrals.

Clearly explain the intake process, required documents, timelines, and next steps.

Schedule consultations with attorneys and prepare clients for appointments.

Maintain ongoing communication to ensure completion of required forms and follow-ups on missing information.

Identify issues affecting bankruptcy eligibility such as recent large purchases,

Upload, file, and categorize all documentation properly.

Maintain confidentiality in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Assist in gathering credit reports and financial statements as needed.

Manage a high volume of inquiries with warmth, patience, and professionalism.

Follow up with leads to maximize conversion opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:

Prior experience in bankruptcy, collections, legal intake, or financial services preferred.

Strong communication and active listening skills.

High empathy and emotional intelligence when assisting clients facing financial challenges. C1 English requiered
