Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative marketing ideas and strategies.
• Creating and managing marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Conducting market research and analyzing consumer data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Participate in graphic design work for marketing materials.
• Contribute to building visually compelling presentations or sales collateral.
• Work closely with marketing operations for email campaigns and targeted follow up.
• Improving existing and past marketing efforts.
• Managing and updating social media presence.
• Keep up on digital marketing trends
• Experience conducting thorough keyword research
• Ability to analyze websites to identify opportunities for improvement
• Managing and updating company websites

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong interest in marketing and branding.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Graphic design skills and experience (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
• Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic.
• Experience in creating engaging presentations or decks (a plus).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements, including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO, Social media etc., and market research methods
• Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM), and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired
• Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind Marketing knowledge or coursework is a plus.
