Quality Supervisor at Harvard Integrations LP – Tea, South Dakota

The Quality Supervisor is responsible for leading quality operations for modular data center enclosure builds supporting hyperscale clients. This role ensures compliance with customer specifications, electrical and mechanical standards, code requirements, and internal quality systems. The position plays a critical role in minimizing production downtime, preventing rework, and driving systemic improvements across fabrication, assembly, and final inspection.

• Ensure all builds meet technical specifications, submittals, and approved drawings.
• Interpret and enforce customer quality standards and project-specific requirements.
• Support customer audits, inspections, and site visits.
• Maintain readiness for hyperscale client quality reviews
• Supervise Quality Inspectors across electrical, mechanical, and structural disciplines.
• Ensure all travelers, checklists, and inspection documents are fully completed prior to shipment or storage.
• Oversee in-process and final inspections for:
• Electrical assemblies (switchgear, panels, cable routing)
• Mechanical systems (radiators, genset integration, piping)
• Structural components (enclosures, welds, coatings)
• Verify compliance with NEC, UL requirements, and project specifications.
• Develop and mentor Quality Inspectors.
• Promote a culture focused on proactive defect prevention rather than reactive correction.
• Reinforce accountability without creating a blame-driven environment
• Assist with Inspections of product visually and using precision measuring devices.
• Interpret company policies to assigned staff, and ensure adherence to all company, federal and state regulations.
• Suggest and implement activities to motivate and encourage the highest level of employee performance and morale.
• Manage employee performance, resolve concerns, and make hiring, corrective action and employment decisions.
• Interface with other shop supervisors, staff, production management, production supporting engineers and management, as well as occasional contact with customer representatives.
• Perform additional duties as requested.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or management preferred.
• High school education required.
• 5+ years in manufacturing quality.
• Experience supporting data center, power generation, modular building, or electrical enclosure fabrication
• Good judgment and ability to work with others at all levels.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional communication.
• Root cause analysis and systemic problem-solving.

• Detail-oriented documentation control.
• Ability to balance production urgency with quality standards
• Excellent communication, particularly listening skills.
• Flexibility with work hours, including Saturdays as needed.
