Full Time Floating Maintenance Technician at MLP Management LLC – Saint Charles, Missouri

A well-established, Regional Property Management Company (MLP,LLC) is seeking a Full-Time Floating Maintenance Technician for Aventura at Mid Rivers and Aventura at Richmond.

Some examples of the Maintenance Technician job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain appearance and maintenance of the community
• Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance repairs in a timely and professional manner
• Timely completion of rent readies
• Execute preventative maintenance programs
• Complete make readies in a detailed and timely manner
• Adhere to and comply with company safety policies and rules

Maintenance Technician qualifications:

• Previous multi-family maintenance experience
• Previous make ready and painting experience
• EPA Certification and CPO Certification is preferred
• Class A maintenance experience preferred
• Must be available to be on-call as required.

Requirements: Current and valid driver's license along with current auto insurance
