LOCATION: Lehi, UT POSITION OVERVIEW:

Are you a recent college graduate with a passion for technology, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn? As a Junior Product Manager at Opiniion, you’ll join a supportive team where your fresh ideas and willingness to grow are valued. You’ll work closely with experienced Product Managers and cross-functional teams to help deliver innovative solutions for our customers. This is a hands-on, entry-level role designed for someone eager to build a career in product management, learn from mentors, and contribute to both daily tasks and long-term product goals.

AI Workflows & Culture:

We’re looking for someone excited about the future of AI and technology—someone who’s curious, adaptable, and ready to learn how to leverage AI tools in product management. You’ll be encouraged to experiment with new technologies, collaborate with engineers, and help foster a culture of “show me, don’t tell me” to drive innovation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the product development lifecycle for specific features, from brainstorming to release.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to help develop product features that align with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Assist with the tactical execution of product initiatives, learning how to bridge product vision and technical tasks.
  • Learn to use and champion AI-powered product tools (e.g., Figma, Claude Code, emerging AI-assisted discovery, design, and delivery platforms).
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and market research to help prioritize features and ensure the product meets user needs.
  • Help write and prioritize user stories for engineering teams, define acceptance criteria, and manage the product backlog.
  • Use analytics and metrics to help measure product performance and inform decisions on future enhancements.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and next steps to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Help identify and resolve issues during the development process, ensuring timely delivery of features.
  • Be authentic, build community and respectful relationships with co-workers, and have fun. We build better products when we enjoy our work and each other.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or similar) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong foundational knowledge in technology, business, or product development from coursework, internships, or projects.
  • Eagerness to learn, take direction, and grow within a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work hard, stay dedicated, and follow through on commitments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable.
  • Interest in AI-powered product tools and workflows.
  • Curiosity about AI-driven products and a willingness to experiment with new technologies.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Internship or project experience in SaaS, cloud-based products, or technology environments.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, HubSpot, or similar platforms (coursework or self-taught is welcome).
  • Exposure to A/B testing, data analytics, or user research methods.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centric design.
  • Experience with AI tools, large language models, or emerging AI-assisted platforms (even if just from academic projects or personal interest).

If you’re a recent graduate who is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to work hard as part of a collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you!
