This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape the entire employee experience within a fast-growing, fully remote organization. As Human Resources Director, you will oversee the full talent lifecyclefrom recruitment and onboarding to development, engagement, and retentionwhile ensuring that people strategies align with the companys long-term mission and growth. You will act as both a strategic advisor to leadership and a hands-on builder of programs that foster a strong, inclusive culture. The position requires a proactive leader who can implement scalable HR systems, champion employee well-being, and guide teams through periods of growth and change. Accountabilities- Lead the design and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that support organizational goals, workforce growth, and a strong company culture.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, partnering with executives and department heads to strengthen team performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Oversee the entire talent lifecycle including recruitment strategy, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, professional development, and offboarding processes.
- Build and maintain scalable HR systems and processes suited to a high-growth and fully remote environment.
- Manage and enhance employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while continuously improving offerings to support employee well-being.
- Collaborate on compensation strategies that promote internal equity and maintain competitiveness within the market.
- Analyze workforce data, engagement surveys, and retention metrics to identify trends and implement initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and organizational performance.
- Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and inclusion while supporting leaders through change management and organizational evolution.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles within high-growth or technology-driven environments, with at least 2 years in an HR Director or equivalent leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience building and nurturing strong organizational cultures while managing employee relations and HR operations.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills, with the ability to design and implement scalable HR processes and programs.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and communicate policies or initiatives clearly and effectively.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to manage sensitive situations, resolve conflicts, and guide teams through change with empathy and professionalism.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage metrics, surveys, and feedback to guide HR decisions and demonstrate business impact.
- Proven project management capabilities, managing multiple initiatives and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of discretion and integrity, with experience handling confidential information responsibly.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, dynamic work environment and adapting strategies as organizational needs evolve.
