Senior IT Project Manager - REMOTE
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior IT Project Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will take charge of complex digital and automation projects from conception to execution, guiding cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations. Your leadership will directly impact project outcomes, ensuring they align with our partners' strategic goals. By fostering a results-oriented environment and developing efficient delivery structures, you'll contribute to driving success for our clients and enhancing teamwork within the organization.
Accountabilities- Lead IT and digital projects throughout all phases from requirements to go-live and transition to operations
- Manage interdisciplinary project teams focused on deliverable outcomes
- Oversee multiple project strands with various stakeholders and system interdependencies
- Analyze technical requirements and translate them into actionable project concepts
- Ensure responsibility for scope, schedules, budget, quality, risks, and dependencies
- Facilitate and lead critical situations including escalations and conflict management
- Act as a sparring partner for clients and internal stakeholders with clear communication
- Establish stable delivery structures in agile or hybrid project setups
- Contribute to the development of methodologies, standards, and best practices in project management
- Engage in automation and RPA initiatives, such as UiPath and process automation
- 510+ years of experience in managing complex IT and digital projects
- Strong background in classical and agile project management methodologies (waterfall, Scrum, hybrid models)
- Ability to structure and pragmatically implement complex relationships
- Confident interaction with multiple stakeholders from IT and management
- High level of responsibility, decisiveness, and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong quality awareness
- Experience in automation/rpa such as UiPath or a keen interest in automation and efficiency topics
