Leasing Consultant at Inland Companies – Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Harmoniq Residential is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to support leasing operations at two residential communities in Milwaukee. The Easton, located on the lower east side, is a premier luxury residence blending contemporary sophistication with the character of one of the city's most walkable and energetic neighborhoods. Row31, located in the eclectic Riverwest neighborhood, is a unique community of luxury townhouses that balance the convenience of city living while incorporating expansive outdoor elements. What You'll Do:

• Showcase the community's layouts, highlighting modern amenities and location advantages
• Monitor local rental trends and competitors to position the community as a premier living destinations
• Assist with marketing campaigns, update online listings, contribute to social media, and help coordinate resident events that foster community
• Accurately process applications and leasing paperwork while ensuring prompt, clear communication with prospects and residents alike
• Be a go-to resource for current residents, offering support, solving problems, and helping maintain a welcoming, responsive living environment
• Welcome every prospective resident with warmth, professionalism, and genuine interest in their needs

• 1+ years of experience in leasing (preferred), sales, or administration required
• A passion for helping people find a place they love to live
• Excellent communication skills in person, by phone, and digitally
• Experience with social media platforms
• Detail-oriented, organized, and tech savvy with modern leasing systems
• Positive, energetic, and team-focused with a desire to grow in property management
