About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to support our internal legal operations during a 6-month internship. This role offers hands-on exposure to a wide range of legal and compliance matters within a fast-growing company, while working closely with internal teams and our external legal consultancy. The Legal Intern will assist with contract administration, legal documentation, compliance tasks, and internal coordination, gaining practical experience in corporate legal operations in a supportive and well-structured environment.
What you'll doContract Management & Administration- Assist in reviewing legal agreements with clients, suppliers, and partners under supervision.
- Support the end-to-end contract signature process, including preparing documents and managing e-signature workflows.
- Help maintain an organized and up-to-date database of all legal agreements.
- Assist in updating and improving contract templates and legal documents.
- Support internal stakeholders by gathering information and preparing documentation for legal matters.
- Liaise with the external legal consultancy by preparing materials, tracking requests, and following up on tasks.
- Assist in managing internal legal tasks and projects using project management tools (e.g., ClickUp).
- Assist in monitoring compliance with internal legal processes and procedures.
- Support the review and update of company policies such as Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, in coordination with senior team members and external advisors.
- Help ensure legal documentation is properly filed and aligned with internal standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Finance, Human Capital, Sales, and Operations to collect information and support contract-related processes.
- Help track deadlines, approvals, and pending legal actions.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal function as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (or currently in final year of studies).
- Strong interest in corporate law, contract management, and legal operations.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of contract law and legal documentation is an advantage.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) is a plus.
- Comfortable working with digital tools, including e-signature platforms (training provided).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
