Painter at Rent Ready Apartment Solutions LLC – Bellevue, Washington

We are looking for a skilled Painter who takes pride in their craft, possesses a keen eye for detail, and understands that a perfect coat of paint is the signature on a job well done.

You will be responsible for the preparation and painting of interior and exterior surfaces. From high-end residential interiors to durable commercial exteriors, your work will define the aesthetic quality of Revolve Construction projects.

• Surface Preparation: Scrape, sand, patch, and prime surfaces. Fill holes, cracks, and joints with caulk, putty, or plaster to ensure a smooth finish.
• Application: Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment (HVLP or airless).
• Protection & Cleanup: Cover surfaces with drop cloths and masking tape to protect surrounding areas. Maintain a clean workspace and ensure tools are cleaned and stored properly.
• Color Matching: Consult with supervisors or clients on color selection and ensure consistent color mixing and matching across large surface areas.
• Safety Compliance: Utilize ladders and scaffolding safely; follow all safety protocols regarding ventilation and hazardous materials (VOCs).

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of professional painting experience (residential or commercial).
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of different paint types (oil-based, latex, acrylic) and which finishes are best suited for specific environments.
• Detail Oriented: Ability to deliver clean lines (cutting in) and even coatings without drips or brush marks.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable working on ladders, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Professionalism: Must be respectful of client properties and work effectively within a team.
