About This Position
An NFC Amenity Management Pool/Beach Attendant provides 5 Diamond Luxury Customer Service to clients and their guests. At the same time, they
can use the pool/beach and its amenities while maintaining a safe and orderly environment.
This is a part-time position offering $17 per hour.
Reports To: Fitness/Spa Director
Responsibilities
Demonstrates and promotes a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our residents.
Responsible for the enforcement of all operational policies and procedures, rules and regulations, ensuring the safety of our clients and
their guests.
Recognize and respond effectively to emergencies.
General maintenance and cleaning of the area/equipment, and notify the maintenance manager of any issues.
Keeping areas clean and free of debris.
Welcome and acknowledge all residents and guests using NFC-approved terminology.
Minimum Job Requirements
Ability to work outdoors in any weather condition
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Cleaning and organization skills must be a high priority
Position may require moving deck furniture and supplies- Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds
