We’re looking for a Warehouse Specialist to support our construction and service teams by keeping parts, tools, and materials organized, stocked, and moving efficiently to job sites across the East Texas area.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
• Occasional overtime as needed

What You’ll Do

• Pull, stage, and load parts, tools, and materials for HVAC construction projects and service calls
• Load delivery trucks accurately for daily job site deliveries
• Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Assist with inventory tracking and cycle counts
• Make local deliveries using company vehicles as needed
• Communicate with field crews to ensure jobs are properly supplied

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Prior warehouse experience (HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, or construction preferred) Prior manager experience a plus
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
• Experience handling materials, freight, and job-site supplies
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
• Inventory or cycle count experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• HVAC, refrigeration, or plumbing experience is a plus (not required)
