This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Technology Manager - REMOTE. In this strategic role, you will be pivotal in shaping the marketing technology landscape within our partner organization. You will be responsible for the tools and processes that facilitate effective communication with clients. This role offers the opportunity to lead initiatives aimed at improving client engagement, retention, and growth through innovative marketing solutions and technology enhancements. By leveraging data and project management expertise, you will contribute to the overall marketing success and evolution of the marketing team's capabilities.
Accountabilities- Define the overall strategy and roadmap for various marketing channels and tools.
- Act as the business owner of marketing automation platforms, collaborating across teams.
- Execute marketing projects ensuring best practices and timely updates are implemented.
- Own channel attribution and reporting, using data to inform marketing decisions.
- Drive experimentation and personalization of content with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor innovations and engage with partners to enhance marketing technology.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for all marketing processes.
- Collaborate closely with Research, Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams.
- 6+ years of experience in marketing technology and operations.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g. SFMC, Iterable, Braze).
- Ability to map and utilize data for targeted marketing efforts.
- Experience with landing page creation and optimization tools.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for emails and landing pages.
- Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
- Self-starter with a motivation to excel in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
- Familiarity or willingness to learn programming languages (e.g. JavaScript, Python).
