Concrete Field Supervisor & Project Manager Lead Large-Scale Flatwork Operations

Job Overview:

  • Salary/Pay Rate: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour plus bonuses.

  • Location: Minot, ND (Travel/Relocation to Texas required after 3 months).

  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time, Contract, Temporary.

  • Schedule: 30 - 60 hours per week.

  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.

The Opportunity: You will step into a dual-impact leadership role, bridging the gap between high-level project management and hands-on field supervision for a market-leading concrete firm. This position offers the unique chance to influence the entire project lifecyclefrom pre-sales and account management to the final quality sweep of a large-scale pour. You will play a critical role in the company's regional expansion, moving between North Dakota and Texas to lead elite crews and nurture key client relationships.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Direct the planning and staffing of all project team members to ensure elite execution of commercial and industrial flatwork.

  • Orchestrate the seamless management of materials, heavy equipment, and subcontractors to keep projects moving at peak efficiency.

  • Establish and enforce rigorous project objectives and performance standards to ensure every pour meets technical specifications.

  • Serve as the primary field liaison, translating complex client needs into actionable instructions for your crew.

  • Collaborate with the owner to identify pre-sales opportunities and manage existing accounts to drive business growth.

  • Implement innovative operational processes designed to minimize field expenses and eliminate material waste.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including photographic records and digital status updates, to ensure total transparency.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven leadership experience specifically within the concrete construction field.

  • In-depth technical knowledge of concrete project management and active job site logistics.

  • Demonstrated ability to work 30 to 60 hours per week in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to relocate to Minot, ND, and travel to Texas for seasonal project cycles.

  • Experience with architectural rendering and technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Hangouts).

  • Intermediate skills in account management and client-facing sales support.

  • Ability to mentor crews while simultaneously managing administrative job status entries.
