The Opportunity You will take full command of the reconstruction pipeline, transforming signed contracts into beautifully restored homes. As a senior leader, you will eliminate operational bottlenecks and drive project velocity to help families recover from disasters faster. This role is designed for a high-stakes problem solver who thrives on ownership and wants to scale a fast-growing construction division.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Manage the end-to-end reconstruction lifecycle from contract signing through final walkthrough and payment collection.
• Optimize project cycle times by identifying and removing logistical bottlenecks in the construction phase.
• Direct a diverse network of subcontractors and vendors to ensure adherence to strict quality and safety standards.
• Protect project profitability by maintaining rigorous oversight of material procurement, labor costs, and job margins.
• Serve as the primary advocate for homeowners, providing transparent and empathetic communication during the rebuild process.
• Implement scalable operational processes that increase monthly cash collection and overall job throughput.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management or restoration reconstruction.
• Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Business Operations, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing high-value project(s) simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to hold subcontractors accountable for timelines, budgets, and workmanship quality.
• Strong proficiency in project management software and financial tracking systems.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience in a leadership or senior-level operations role within the restoration industry.
• Experience developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for growing teams.
