Aquaheat Facility Services Limited trading as C H Faul is a premier provider of facility maintenance services, being well funded and 100% New Zealand owned and operated, with over 70 years of history providing a comprehensive range of facility maintenance services to a selected range of local government, commercial, industrial and infrastructure customers throughout New Zealand. Our team provide HVAC Mechanical, Boiler, Gas, Plumbing, Drainage, Electrical and Carpentry services to a variety of major clients.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Administrator to join our team located in Invercargill, Southland. Reporting to the Administration Supervisor, responsibilities for the role include:
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments
- Be a central point for receiving and responding to telephone calls, email requests and correspondence related to the provision of services
- Plan, organise and prioritise workload in order to meet strict deadlines
- Assist the team to run a cost efficient and cost-effective service delivery where we meet all the Key Performance Indicators
- Creating purchase orders and receipting of supplier invoices
- Timesheet processing for service technicians
- Customer invoicing
- General administration and clerical functions
- Working under high pressure and dealing with conflicting priorities.
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable queries
- Assisting other team members when and where required
- Contributing to a professional, positive, friendly and supportive environment
To be successful a candidate will require the following qualifications and experience:
We are looking for someone that has a positive attitude, is a quick learner, has a genuine belief in providing excellent customer service and is highly motivated with a "can do" attitude.
