Key Responsibilities

- Open and close rental agreements with outstanding personalized service.

- Answer customer questions clearly (charges, vehicle condition, directions, concerns).

- Proactively sell optional products (coverage, GPS, fuel, upgrades) to enhance customer experience.

- Prepare vehicles by cleaning (washing, vacuuming, refueling, detailing).

- Occasionally shuttle vehicles to/from nearby locations.

- Perform office tasks: answer phones, photocopy, maintain clean workspace.

- Support team by assisting other agents or locations as needed.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Demonstrated work history tenure
• Professional communication skills and problem resolution experience
• Proficient in general office equipment (fax machines, calculators, photocopiers, etc.)
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents
• Must be able to pass a drug and background check
