Key Responsibilities

You will be the face of Bighorn Roofing on the ground, ensuring our customers remain dry and secure.

• Diagnostics
  Perform leak diagnostics and assess roof conditions to determine appropriate solutions

• Execution
  Complete roof repairs, general maintenance, and minor installations
  Work on both residential and commercial properties

• Customer Service
  Communicate findings and recommended solutions clearly and professionally to customers

• Documentation
  Accurately document work performed and materials used

• Safety
  Follow all safety protocols
  Maintain a clean, organized jobsite

• Logistics
  Operate company-provided vehicles and tools with care
  

Qualifications

• Experience
  Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or skilled trades
  Roofing experience preferred

• Skills
  Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Independence
  Ability to work independently and manage field tasks effectively

• Physical Requirements
  Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions

• Requirements
  Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

• Soft Skills
  Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
  Strong communication skills
