Job Summary:?
This role is responsible for fabricating, modifying, and repairing steel molds to support the production of high-quality precast concrete products.

As a Steel Fabricator, You Will:

• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project requirements and specifications
• Fabricate steel molds used to form custom and standard precast concrete products
• Set up, operate, and maintain fabrication and welding equipment
• Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting production and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including tools and equipment

Skills and Requirements:

• 3+ years of MIG welding and fabrication experience (required)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Working knowledge of measuring tools and product tolerance
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Education:

• High School Diploma of GED
• Training or apprenticeship in fabrication, welding, and blueprint reading
