Job Position: HR Assistant-Onboarding
Location: Arden, NC 28704
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Shift: 1st 9a-5p,(-.5 lunch), M-F
About the Role
Join a dynamic HR team and play a key role in supporting the onboarding process for therapy services. This position is ideal for individuals with HR experience or strong administrative skills who thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires in therapy services
Process new hire paperwork and onboarding documents in ADP
Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws
Communicate with new hires via phone and email to guide them through onboarding
Handle high-volume documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
Collaborate with the HR team to deliver a seamless onboarding experience
Assist in training new team members
Gain exposure to multi-state HR processes
Qualifications:
Prior HR experience preferred, but not required
High school diploma or GED required
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with ADP preferred, but not required
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage high-volume documentation
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while managing independent tasks
