Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician with industrial maintenance experience and formal electrical training to support customers with maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced production equipment.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of CNC metalworking machines
• Machine installations and setup
• Perform adjustments and repairs of spindles, drives, slides, hydraulic systems, electronic controls, electrical peripherals, and other items
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Calibrate, adjust, and replace components to ensure precise machine performance
• Maintain detailed service records and communicate findings with customers and internal teams

What You Bring

• 3 or more years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong understanding of servo systems, ball screws, spindles, and control systems (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, experience helpful)
• Technical training or certification in mechatronics, electro-mechanical systems, automation, robotics, industrial maintenance, fluid power, etc
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Willingness to travel locally to customer sites, with 4-6 overnights per month
• Valid driver's license - clean driving record

Compensation and Benefits

• $30 - $39/hour DOE, plus incentives - annual performance & salary reviews
• Full-time, Monday – Friday, with occasional overtime
