We're excited to offer a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Integrated Project Manager to join our team. Our next Integrated Project Manager will develop and implement strategic plans, manage brand development and website projects from start to finish, and proactively identify and prevent project roadblocks. Our perfect candidate will have an uncanny ability to see the big picture while drilling down on the specifics, empowering our team to execute the work while building an effective, efficient, and repeatable process.

Essential FunctionsOversee end-to-end project lifecycles, from kickoff to final delivery, and work closely with the internal and client teams to deliver exceptional project results.Develop and manage project plans, timelines, scopes of work, budgets, and resource allocations for comprehensive projects.Manage the production of complex custom website builds and development projects from start to finish. Proactively identify and prevent project roadblocksLead internal teams to successful project completion by providing regular written and verbal communication of the plan, activities, and next steps so they feel confident they have the tools and information they need.Facilitate meetings to ensure clear communication, alignment on project goals, and productive collaboration among team members and clients.Manage and maintain clear account information, resources, agendas, directories, documents, budgets, and briefs to support the team’s success.Manage multiple projects and clients concurrently across varying stages of the technology lifecycleEnsure all deliverables pass through the appropriate workflow and approvals, providing a final quality check on all deliverables that go out the door.Work directly with clients as the go-to contact through solution-focused, responsive and clear written and verbal communications. Effectively communicate project statuses, next steps, and potential risks or issues.Guide clients from project initiation through successful project completion, crafting and delivering presentations and project briefs.Qualifications3-6+ years of managing multiple concurrent brand centered projects including website design and production with a strong strategic focus in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.Significant experience creating project documentation (scopes, briefs, timelines, budgets, content outlines, and other documentation) and project management processes (scope definition and management, risk identification, resource management, budget management, etc) to support a shared understanding of the project and scope.Experience working with, and in, digital systems like content management tools. Comfortable learning new applications and a basic understanding of the integration of apps within larger systems.Experience reading and interpreting digital project documentation (sitemaps, specifications, and other technical documentation).Experience working with partner agencies and third-party vendors.Strong working knowledge and proficiencies in Mac OS, Gantt chart applications and other standard project management and communications tools.A self-starting work ethic, strong sense of responsibility and ownership of a job well done and seeing things through to completion.Experience in hospitality operations or marketing is a huge plus but not required.Currently residing and authorized to work in the United States.FINE BenefitsAt FINE, we’re committed to the happiness and well-being of our employees and aim to create a workplace that fosters both personal and professional growth.
