Fairmont Family Dental is a busy, patient-focused two-doctor practice in Pasadena, TX, and we’re looking for an experienced, well-rounded Dental Assistant to join our amazing clinical team!
This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule and a supportive environment where your skills, initiative, and teamwork truly matter.
Schedule & Office Hours- Office closed Mondays
- Rotating schedule:
- Week 1: Tuesday – Friday
- Week 2: Tuesday – Saturday
- Hours:
- Tuesday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday & Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Minimum of 3 years of dental assisting experience (required)
- Must be able to work all listed office hours
- Highly organized and proactive — able to anticipate doctor needs
- Comfortable making temporaries
- Strong chairside and clinical skills
- Reliable team player with a positive, professional attitude
- iTero scanning
- CBCT
- Implants
- Endodontics
- Oral surgery / extractions
- Experience with Open Dental software (preferred)
- Two-doctor general dentistry practice
- Two full-time hygienists

Requirements:Education and Training
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one-year related experience and/or training or the equivalent of a combination of education and experience in the dental profession.
- Valid X-ray certificate.
- Current license if CDA, RDA, or EFDA (per state requirements).
- CPR & first aid certificate.
FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
