SENIOR RECRUITER (A+++ TALENT MAGNET)

Job Title: Senior Recruiter (A+++ Talent Magnet)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Remote (U.S. preferred)

Compensation:

  • Base salary: $80,000
  • Performance bonuses: commonly $100,000+
  • No cap on upside

About the Role

You own hiring outcomes end-to-end.

You will run a high-throughput recruiting engine while protecting quality, standards, and long-term retention. You are trusted to screen hard, decide quickly, and deliver people who actually belongnot just people who interview well.

Key Responsibilities

You are accountable for the quality and durability of the people entering the company.

In practice, you will:

  • Run high-volume recruiting pipelines for frontline and leadership roles
  • Conduct fast, structured interviews that surface truthnot rehearsed answers
  • Apply judgment, pattern recognition, and skepticism to detect execution risk early
  • Own background and reference checks (last 3 employers, no exceptions)
  • Pressure-test reliability, pace, workload tolerance, and calendar reality pre-hire
  • Coordinate and complete onboarding so hires actually start strong on Day 1
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and team leadswithout outsourcing judgment
  • Track every hire and milestone cleanly so compensation is objective and transparent
