- Administer and optimize Workday HRIS functionality, including Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits modules
- Provide technical guidance to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business processes and recommend system enhancements
- Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and leadership decisions
- Lead HRIS-related projects, including upgrades, integrations, and new module implementations
- Partner with payroll and IT teams to ensure smooth payroll operations and technical issue resolution
- Document processes, provide training, and ensure system compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity, security, and accuracy
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of HRIS administration experience, with a focus on Workday
- Strong expertise in Payroll, Recruiting, and other Workday modules
- Proven experience managing HRIS projects and leading cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of system integrations, reporting tools, and Workday updates/best practices
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR reporting tools
