WAREHOUSE INVENTORY ASSOCIATE at Bond Distributing LLC – Baltimore, Maryland

Job Summary

The Warehouse Inventory Associate is responsible for supporting daily inventory accuracy and assisting with general warehouse operations. This role works closely with the Inventory Lead to ensure proper stock levels, accurate counts, and efficient warehouse flow.

• Perform daily inventory counts to ensure accuracy and integrity of stock levels

• Assist the Inventory Lead with assigned tasks and inventory-related projects

• Support inbound warehouse operations as needed, including receiving and put-away

• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, in a safe and efficient manner

• Utilize ERP/WMS systems to track inventory movements and updates

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

• Experience in general warehouse operations

• Forklift operation experience

• Experience using an ERP and/or Warehouse Management System (WMS)

• Experience performing inventory counts and reconciliations

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft products and communication tools

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
