This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Executive Assistant. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting high-level executives by facilitating daily operations and streamlining communications across various departments. Your contributions will enhance the effectiveness of executive functions, drive engagement within the team, and ensure that strategic priorities are met. You will be a pivotal player in managing schedules, organizing meetings, and providing administrative support for the entire department. This opportunity allows you to make a significant impact in a global context by driving collaboration across diverse teams.Accountabilities
  • Assist the Chief Product Officer with executive operations and coordinate communications across programs and departments.
  • Coordinate meeting preparations, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up on minutes.
  • Handle timely communication between team members and other units.
  • Connect stakeholders and initiate workflow streamlining.
  • Manage the Chief Product Officer's time effectively, prioritizing high-value tasks.
  • Support in preparing statistics, presentations, and other communications.
  • Proactively address conflicting needs and ensure successful follow-through.
  • Drive engagement across the department and suggest improvements.
  • Provide administrative and operational support, including expense management.
  • Set up quarterly departmental meetings and newsletters.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and training schedules.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree is required.
  • 6-8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities.
  • Pro-active engagement with a consistent overview of departmental activities.
  • Experience in an international and intercultural environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; Dutch is preferred with a willingness to learn.
