- Manage and execute end-to-end implementation projects for new customers, ensuring milestones are met and objectives achieved.
- Collaborate with customers to understand needs, tailor implementations, and provide guidance for successful adoption.
- Monitor implementation progress, identify friction points, and proactively address challenges to optimize outcomes.
- Partner with internal teams, including Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations, to align efforts and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Advise customers on best practices to maximize platform value and support change management initiatives.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, workflows, and methodologies.
- Serve as a customer advocate, providing feedback to internal teams to influence product and process improvements.
- 5+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or customer onboarding for B2B SaaS solutions.
- Proven track record managing complex implementations with Enterprise and Mid-Market clients.
- Strong communication skills, able to distill complex technical concepts into clear guidance for customers.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and maintain high engagement levels throughout projects.
- Experience in change management and guiding clients through system adoption.
- Technical proficiency and curiosity, with the ability to understand platform intricacies and provide creative solutions.
- Detail-oriented, data-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote-first environment.
- Comfortable with occasional travel (<10%) for strategic customer engagements.
