This role will play a critical part in transforming human resources through the design and integration of advanced systems for human capital management. You will ensure that data-driven decisions are made efficiently by connecting various platforms and safeguarding sensitive employee information. Your expertise will be valuable in guiding teams through comprehensive project lifecycles while ensuring compliance and security.   • Architect End-to-End Solutions: Design scalable, secure architectures for HRIS, time & attendance, and payroll systems integrated with ERP platforms.
  • Own Integration Strategy: Define APIs, middleware, ETL flows, and real-time data exchange patterns in coordination with system integrators.
  • Bridge Business & Technology: Translate HR, time & attendance, and payroll requirements into actionable technical blueprints.
  • Lead Technical Delivery: Guide teams through design, build, test, and deployment, ensuring that solutions meet performance and compliance standards.
  • Champion Data Integrity & Security: Collaborate with security teams to protect sensitive employee data and maintain strong governance.
  • Future-Proof Systems: Evaluate configurations to keep systems evolving and technologically advanced.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years in IT solutions architecture or senior technical roles with a focus on HR systems.
  • Bilingual: Proficient in English and French.
  • ERP Expertise: Hands-on integration experience with SAP platforms.
  • Technical Mastery: Strong knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware/iPaaS, ETL, and data mapping.
  • Domain Knowledge: Understanding of HR processes including employee lifecycle, time & attendance, recruitment, and payroll.
  • Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with data protection standards and payroll regulations.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and stakeholder influencing abilities.
