- Architect End-to-End Solutions: Design scalable, secure architectures for HRIS, time & attendance, and payroll systems integrated with ERP platforms.
- Own Integration Strategy: Define APIs, middleware, ETL flows, and real-time data exchange patterns in coordination with system integrators.
- Bridge Business & Technology: Translate HR, time & attendance, and payroll requirements into actionable technical blueprints.
- Lead Technical Delivery: Guide teams through design, build, test, and deployment, ensuring that solutions meet performance and compliance standards.
- Champion Data Integrity & Security: Collaborate with security teams to protect sensitive employee data and maintain strong governance.
- Future-Proof Systems: Evaluate configurations to keep systems evolving and technologically advanced.
- Experience: 7+ years in IT solutions architecture or senior technical roles with a focus on HR systems.
- Bilingual: Proficient in English and French.
- ERP Expertise: Hands-on integration experience with SAP platforms.
- Technical Mastery: Strong knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware/iPaaS, ETL, and data mapping.
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of HR processes including employee lifecycle, time & attendance, recruitment, and payroll.
- Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with data protection standards and payroll regulations.
