In this role, you will lead the strategy and governance of master data management across the organization. Your expertise will ensure the accuracy and reliability of our master data, which is critical to making informed decisions and driving operational efficiency. • Develop and implement master data management strategies with SAP and Reltio platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of MDM professionals to improve data quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data governance policies.
• Oversee enterprise master data management solutions.
• Conduct audits to resolve data quality issues.
• Provide technical guidance on data integration processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends in master data management.
• Manage configuration and maintenance of MDM applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on MDM strategy using OKRs and KPIs.
• Manage the life cycle of Data Domains.
• Coordinate with system integrators to deliver MDM roadmap.
• Manage budget and expenses for MDM projects.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Programming/Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in Master Data Management technologies (Reltio, SAP).
• 5+ years of experience in Data platforms (preferably Databricks), Data, and Analytics.
• Prior experience managing a global team.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare industries.
• Expertise in cloud-based platforms and MDM best practices.
• Experience in managing remote teams and project deliverables.
• Familiarity with OKRs and KPIs.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with application architecture standards.
