Job Summary:
The IT & Integration Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the integration of various software systems, applications, and databases within the organization. This role involves performing system integration testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring the seamless operation of interconnected systems. The IT & Integration Specialist collaborates with IT teams and stakeholders to facilitate efficient information flow, maintains security protocols, and stays updated on the latest technology trends to recommend system improvements. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Duties/Responsibilities:
System Integration
- Design and implement strategies for integrating different software systems, databases, and applications.
- Develop and maintain integration protocols and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and support PC and network hardware, including setup, maintenance, and minor repairs.
Testing and Validation
- Perform system integration testing and interface functionality testing to ensure seamless operation.
- Identify and resolve any issues with integrations.
Documentation
- Microsoft 365 and cloud storage management; oversee user access and manage data integrity.
- Create and maintain documentation for integration design, analysis, and testing.
- Technical writing; create and update technical documentation and process and policy manuals for internal use.
- Assist in creating and maintaining interactive training materials.
Collaboration
- Work closely with IT teams and other stakeholders to ensure software compatibility and efficient information flow.
- Provide user support and guidance, resolving integration issues as needed.
- Perform administrative tasks for the IT department including database maintenance, documentation, and reporting.
Security and Maintenance
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the integrity and quality of integrated systems.
Additional responsibilities and tasks as required to support the organization's goals and adapt to evolving business needs.
Attributes/Abilities:
- Must have a satisfactory background check.
- Technical expertise with demonstrated experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud storage platforms (e.g., OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, MS Office).
- Proficiency with PC and network hardware installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to produce clear and concise technical documents.
- Basic image and video editing skills and experience with tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Camtasia, or similar).
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
Experience and Education:
- Associate’s degree in Network Administration, Computer Programming, or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of related experience.
- Experience with migration or integration project environments preferred.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- This is an office desk position with no significant physical exertion required.
