Job Summary:
Responsible for accurately picking, packaging, and preparing orders for shipment, receiving and putting away materials, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse while supporting a positive customer experience.

Warehouse Picker

• Meet or exceed the expectations of our customers by providing a positive customer experience.
• Use care in the handling of all materials and/or products.
• Gather materials/products in the warehouse and/or yard to package/assemble for shipment.
• Accurately retrieve and load orders per RF direction.
• Ensure correct shipments by verifying order details.
• Identify and correct errors from prior processes.
• Perform required daily cycle counts.
• Maintain proper signage and storage of materials in the warehouse.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and assist other departments as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain reliable attendance.

Warehouse Picker Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Basic math skills and proficiency with standard office equipment.
• Computer literacy and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of six months of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the Plumbing/Waterworks industry is a plus.

Certifications and Licenses:

• Must be able to pass an operator exam and safely operate powered industrial equipment.
