Responsibilities

• Complete service calls independently and efficiently

• Diagnose and repair both basic and advanced service issues

• Provide clear, timely updates to customers and supervisors

• Occasionally mentor and support Service Technician I team members

Growth Goal
Develop into a dependable, independent field/service lead technician.

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of hands-on service or field technician experience (or equivalent combination of experience and training)

• Demonstrated ability to complete service calls independently

• Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Basic to intermediate mechanical, electrical, or equipment repair knowledge (role-dependent)

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and supervisors

• Willingness to mentor and support entry-level technicians as needed

• Strong commitment to safety compliance and company procedures

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (if applicable)

• Ability to document work accurately and timely
