About This Position
Ziker Cleaners is seeking an experienced Head of Maintenance to support our production facility, retail stores, and administrative office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance and mechanical repair, with the ability to perform preventative maintenance, equipment installation, and emergency troubleshooting across a wide range of machinery and building systems.
This position plays a key role in ensuring a safe, efficient, and positive work environment. The Maintenance Technician is expected to demonstrate professionalism, respect for all team members, and contribute to a culture centered on service, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Dress Code:
- Company-branded T-shirts and jackets (provided by the Company).

- Company-branded hat or plain, non-logo hat.
- Closed-toe shoes. No sandals or flip-flops.
- No personal (without Company logo) outerwear, sweatshirts, or jackets while on duty.
Work Environment:
- Indoors, industrial setting.
- Medium to high noise level.
- Industry standard clothing racks throughout most of employee area.
- High-temperature environment, especially in the summer.
- High-temperature machine operation.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to read and interpret a technical manual or drawing.
- Ability to stand continuously for up to 4 hours at a time.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 70lbs pounds.
- Ability to move continuously, including repeatedly bending and lifting.
- Ability to tolerate high environmental temperatures.
Position Status, Expected Hours:
- Full Time, 40 hours per week.
- Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
- Some Saturdays will be required throughout the year and will be communicated in advance.
- Overtime may be required during peak seasons and will be communicated in advance.
Travel:
The maintenance technician will work primarily at the production facility and will be required to travel to any of the retail stores as necessary. Additionally, occasional travel to and from hardware stores will be required to purchase needed supplies.
Required Education & Experience:
None
Preferred Education & Experience:
- 1+ years of maintenance or equipment repair experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced industrial environment with limited supervision.
- Prior experience with steam, electrical, carpentry and plumbing, as well as other technical skills.
