This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering winning proposals within the Government and Education (G&E) vertical. The position requires strong project management, critical thinking, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, persuasive messaging. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role that directly impacts sales success and strengthens client relationships. You will also have the chance to develop specialized expertise in government procurement processes while contributing to cross-segment proposal initiatives.
Accountabilities:
  • Manage the complete proposal process from initial receipt to final production, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
  • Review questionnaires and RFP documents for tone, flow, and accuracy, maintaining consistency with client requirements and organizational strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, content teams, and subject matter experts, to develop responses that clearly communicate strategic positioning.
  • Facilitate strategy calls, prepare agendas, and capture key follow-up items to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Ensure proposal binders and submissions meet all format, legal, and procurement requirements.
  • Identify questions that require specialized responses and coordinate with content writers or SMEs to address them efficiently.
  • Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, tracking deadlines, timelines, and delivery expectations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree or a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in proposals, sales support, or healthcare-related roles; Government experience is a plus.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create RFP responses independently or with minimal direction.
  • Critical thinker able to quickly absorb and synthesize large volumes of information into cohesive messaging.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills, including facilitation of group calls and stakeholder interactions.
  • High level of organization and project management capabilities to handle multiple priorities.
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem solving.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection if working remotely, meeting at least 10 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload.

Benefits:
  • Hourly compensation: $31$51, depending on experience and location, with eligibility for annual bonus.
  • Health, vision, and dental insurance, including well-being and behavioral health programs.
  • 401(k) plan with company contributions.
  • Company-paid life insurance and tuition reimbursement.
  • Paid time off: Minimum 18 days per year, plus paid holidays.
  • Flexible work environment with potential for occasional remote work.
  • Opportunities to develop expertise in G&E proposal strategy and government procurement processes.
